MicroBit Ether Spot ETF (the “Sub-Fund”) is a sub-fund of MicroBit Funds Series (Hong Kong) ETF OFC (the “Company”). The Manager intends to enhance the performance of the Sub-Fund by staking up to 30% of the ether held in the portfolio of the Sub-Fund through SFC-Licensed VATPs, that can perform staking activities on its own or by engaging its affiliates or third party staking service providers.

MicroBit Bitcoin & Gold Value ETF (the “Sub-Fund”) is a sub-fund of MicroBit Funds Series (Hong Kong) ETF OFC (the “Company”). The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to seek long-term capital appreciation by providing diversified exposure to both digital and traditional store-of-value assets, namely bitcoin and gold. There can be no assurance that the Sub-Fund will achieve its investment objective.
MicroBit Bitcoin & Gold Value ETF will invest primarily in assets providing exposure to bitcoin and gold by employing two complementary strategies: a Bitcoin Strategy and a Gold Strategy. Through an active rebalancing strategy, the Sub-Fund aims to maintain an equal allocation to both strategies, such that the Sub-Fund’s notional exposure to (i) investments attributable to the Bitcoin Strategy and (ii) investments attributable to the Gold Strategy will each represent around 50% of the Sub-Fund’s assets excluding Sub-Fund’s holding of cash and cash-equivalents. The aforementioned equal allocation is subject to a 10% buffer such that each strategy may represent between 40% to 60% of the Sub-Fund’s investment assets.
